A still cider - pleasantly light, fresh, tart, dry, and crisp.   Wine-like, except that its a cider.
This wine-like cider is still, light, and dry, with an abv of 6.8%

The pomegranate gives it an underlying tartness that balances the cider and gives it some structure.

Its made from four parts apple juice to one part pomegranate juice.

Apple Cider

Fermented at 65 degrees with Nottingham ale yeast until it was completely dry, then backsweetened with a quart of pomegranate juice.

Because this is a wine-like cider, we bottled Full Moon in clear wine bottles (to show off the pretty light red color) and finished by corking the bottles.
