Heat Wave Cider is a semi-sweet, sparkling apple cider made with 12 percent raspberrry juice. Poured in a glass, Heat Wave has an appealing raspberry aroma. When you drink it, the raspberries give a balancing tartness and structure to the cider.

The raspberries are also apparent in the flavor, as an undercurrent. This is a very easy to drink, pleasing cider.
This cider is semi-sweet (it has a final gravity of 1.012 for those of you who know about such things) and sparkling. It is bottle conditioned, which means the carbonation occured naturally in the bottle. We also pasteurize the cider, in the bottle, so that no additional chemicals or additives are necessary.
