95th Anniversary Ale was brewed for Mt. Zion Lutheran Church's anniversary celebration and enjoyed at its annual steak fry in September 2009.
Cream Ales are an American beer innovation from the 19th century. A clean, well-attenuated, flavorful American lawnmower beer. An ale version of the American lager style. Produced by ale brewers to compete with lager brewers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic States. Originally known as sparkling or present use ales, Cream Ales have modest hop flavor and aroma. Faint malt notes. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Little malt flavor. Pale straw to moderate gold color. Low fruitiness, no diacytl.
